She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Mumbai University and an MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with renowned organizations including INOX Leisure Ltd., Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd., Equis India Pvt. Ltd., and Bentel Associates. Her expertise spans cinema design, retail, corporate, commercial, and entertainment infrastructure, with extensive experience in project feasibility, planning, execution, and team management.

As the Founder and Director of Creative Minds, Ruchi specializes in designing and executing Family Entertainment Centres, amusement parks, food courts, cafés, and cinemas. She has successfully delivered over 40 entertainment projects across India and international markets, establishing herself as a trusted expert in creating innovative, customer-centric, and commercially successful spaces.
